Services Offered Terms
This agreement supersedes any other verbal, written, or printed agreement or any other undertaking relating to any transaction(s) entered into with 310 Enterprises, Inc ("310EI").
The purchaser is responsible to determine the suitability, workability, and compatibility of the services or products purchased.
You're responsible for getting your PC/laptop to our office and picking it up once we're finished with it. We'll let you know when it's ready.
Payment in full is due at the time of picking-up your PC/laptop for services rendered (no exceptions). You can pay your invoice with; PayPal, Square or an USPS money order.
PLEASE NOTE: We work on computers in the order that they're dropped-off (first-arrive, first-serve basis). Depending upon our current queue of computers that we have to work-on before yours is dropped-off, you may have to wait a minimum of 2-weeks or a maximum of 8-weeks before your computer(s) would be ready for pick-up (excludes weekends and holidays). We'll let you know the current number in our queue before dropping-off your computer so you can decide to drop it off or take it somewhere else.
Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
No refunds will be issued for difference in price due to a price drop.
310EI is not responsible and/or liable for:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold 310 Enterprises, Inc. and our officers, directors, agents, employees, licensors and suppliers harmless from any losses, expenses, damages and cost involved, including reasonable attorneys' fees resulting from any claim or demand.

- Any computer/laptop part(s) that may cease to work while in our possession due to age or component malfunction.
- Problems that may occur to the computer/laptop caused by; software, hardware, peripherals or drivers that are installed by the customer after pick-up. Nor do we provide tech support for software/hardware related issues (you have to look at those places support websites and/or their FAQs)
- Any problems that may occur to the computer/laptop caused by a virus/malware that the customer may inadvertently download after pick-up.
- Typographical errors and pictorial representations in our advertisements. Corrections will be made as soon as the error is brought to our attention.
